What You’ll Do

Our Marketing team plays a key role in our evolution. Digital marketing, in-store digital and eCommerce are three areas that will see the greatest transformation in the next few years. That strategic focus, alongside innovative marketing campaigns like our Tested for Life in Canada and Give a Toast, among others, continue to strengthen our relationships with Canadians, and ultimately our brand.


The Associate Manager, Digital Media Measurement & Reporting will be responsible for working closely with partners and colleagues to bring leading level measurement and analytics to the CTC marketing initiatives.

Collaborate on Marketing Attribution: Work with the marketing team to develop and refine multi-touch attribution models, mixed marketing model (MMM), assisting the teams to accurately measure the impact of different marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, paid search) on customer journeys and sales. Provide insights to help refine marketing strategies based on attribution results.

Mentoring a team of analysts: Promoting continuous learning and developing systems for monitoring media campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Industry Expert: Staying abreast with industry trends and advancements, incorporating innovative analytics approach to ensure CTC measurement is best in class.

Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Guiding the data team to refine statistical and machine learning models to forecast trends in customer behavior and campaign performance, allowing for proactive adjustments to marketing strategies that maximize ROI.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in in Marketing Statistics with a focus on media performance tracking, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and ROI analysis.

  • Strong understanding of Marketing Measurement

  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Deep knowledge of how to track, evaluate, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns based on performance data.

  • Marketing Attribution: Expertise in attribution modeling, including multi-touch attribution, and the ability to apply insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing channels.
