Conte Jaswal Lawyers is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our team! We are an established firm focusing on company culture, fit, and mutual respect.

Our firm specializes in personal injury litigation, with two offices in the GTA. We handle serious personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, slip and falls, and long-term disability cases.

Candidate can work in our Vaughan, Whitby, or St. Catharines locations.

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate with a minimum of 4 years experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in mediation, arbitration, and trial exposure.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own caseload, work well independently and in a team, excel in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in exceeding expectations. Requirements include experience in preparing legal memorandums, attending Examinations for Discovery, drafting and attending contested motions, and dealing with Statutory Accident Benefits.
