Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Edmonton Alberta, for an Associate Lawyer. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in the refugee Board.

Qualifications

• Experience in Immigration and refugee Law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities
• Proficiency in preparing legal documents and representing clients in court
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B or J.D.) and admission to the Alberta Bar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a boutique law firm environment is a plus
• Fluency in English
