As an Associate Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assist with administrative tasks, answer phones and handle inquiries to clients. Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls, answering general inquiries, providing information about the organization's products or services, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized and presentable working and reception area.
• Assist in prospecting for new clients, contacting leads, and following up on sales opportunities.
• Update client records and ensuring that policy documents are accurate and up-to-date. Assist in reviewing policies for coverage options and making recommendations to clients.
• Agents may receive training and mentorship to develop their knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques and industry regulations.
• Strict confidentiality with respect to client’s financial status and other personal information.
