Job Summary

The Associate Financial Analyst supports the FP&A team with month-end close, financial reporting, and costing processes, leveraging financial expertise to support business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly internal and corporate financial reports
2. Consolidate financial statements for Medline Canada, Sinclair, and Latam; share WD5 Flash report
3. Identify inefficiencies and improve month-end reporting processes
4. Participate in month-end procedures and reconcile close workbooks
5. Review price, cost variances, and FX impacts monthly
6. Liaise with offshore team for timely, accurate deliverables
7. Prepare weekly sales trend updates for management
8. Conduct inventory costing analysis and manage updates
9. Support ERP project implementation
10. Perform ad-hoc reporting and projects
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed CPA designation
• 1-2 years of finance and accounting experience
• Experience in financial reporting and consolidation preferred
• Collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented with strong business acumen
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• SAP experience is a plus
