The Associate Director of Gift Planning (ADGP) position is a recognized Gift Planning role supporting the Director of Gift Planning (DGP) and Senior Director of Gift Planning/Mentor (SDGP/M). The primary purpose is to support DGPs in achieving their annual Gift Activity goals by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, securing, and stewarding individual donors and targeted deferred gifts. ADGPs will implement each DGP's Forecast and Marketing Plans (FMP).
Must perform essential duties with or without accommodations. Tasks include walking, standing, climbing, lifting up to 60 pounds, and operating electronic devices. Vision and mobility requirements are specified.
Must communicate professionally via various channels, including verbal, written, and technological means.
Understand and support The Salvation Army's religious mission. Conduct must not conflict with religious programs.
Driving is required; valid license and successful screening are mandatory.
