Position: Associate Director of Sales

At Sunrise, our Associate Director of Sales supports the Sales & Marketing team in achieving community sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Hiring for Full-time position - Sundays to Thursdays

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing the community’s sales & marketing database
  • Maintain appropriate sales collateral
  • Coordinate and obtain all necessary move-in paperwork and prepare the resident’s administrative file
  • Conduct resident orientations and ensure smooth move-ins following Sunrise shared values
  • May include conducting presentations with customers
Qualifications:
  • One (1) year experience in a sales administrative support role (preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience with demonstrated skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, written, verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
