Role Overview
Are you a registered Nurse with a background in Senior Clinical and Operational Management? We seek a passionate, experienced leader to provide clinical and operational leadership in our Digital Healthcare setting, delivering care to the public.
As Associate Director of Operations and Nursing, you will be responsible for clinical and operational KPIs and advising the NHS 24 Board and Executive Team. You will collaborate with Partner Health Boards and key stakeholders.

About NHS 24
NHS 24 provides urgent care response 24/7 across Scotland, offering clinical assessments, health advice, and digital services through contact centres and online platforms. We employ around 2,000 staff across various locations.
Location and Travel
The role is based within any NHS 24 regional centre (Aberdeen, Dundee, South Queensferry, Cardonald, Clydebank). The candidate must be within commuting distance and willing to travel across Scotland for meetings, training, and other duties. Remote work is possible for some tasks.
