The Associate Director of North American Boarders guides prospective families through the process of discovering and choosing Shawnigan Lake School. Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions, this position leads recruitment across Canada and the United States by building genuine relationships, representing the school regionally, and managing the enrolment journey from initial inquiry through to registration.

Appointment: Permanent appointment. Full-time 1.0 FTE position.
Compensation: $72,000 - $85,000 per year. Starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal parity.
