You will dive into client needs, uncover challenges, and connect them with the right solutions and experts. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and client‑centric individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving tangible results. You will be responsible for both maintaining strong client relationships and fostering continuous improvement through proactive learning and strategic problem‑solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully guide clients down the path of their digital transformation journey, while instilling trust in Google Marketing Platform technology.
  • Oversee the effective delivery and implementation of solutions, ensuring projects are meeting or surpassing client expectations.
  • Have regular touchbases with clients to discuss objectives, priorities, and challenges, ensuring client satisfaction is being met.
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews, covering not only GMP elements but also ensuring broader technology and data challenges are addressed.
  • Continue adapting client strategies to keep up with the changing digital landscape.
Account Strategy and Growth
  • Identify and address complex client challenges and align them with professional services or GMP solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of customized GMP and other tech solutions aligned with client objectives.

  • Manage GMP planning, including client needs assessments, roadmap development, opportunity identification, and solution design.
  • Assist with pipeline growth, revenue plans, projections, proposal maintenance, and renewals.
  • Proactively find opportunities to increase adoption of key GMP features to drive ROI for clients in growing spend levels and score.
  • Regularly assist with business expansion strategies both within IPG and externally to help increase the footprint of our GMP Reseller service.
  • Advocate for all major IPG capabilities at a high level and understand trigger moments to bring solutions to clients and tag the right experts to assist with the development of advanced solutions.
  • Understand clients’ tech and data infrastructure, helping identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on data collection, integration, utilization, and activation.
  • Help clients navigate complex technology decisions, ensuring alignment with their marketing goals.
  • Understand key GMP selling features, the value they bring, when they should be used, and how to effectively articulate the benefits and sell through solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and our internal teams, connecting them with experts in data science, cloud solutions, and other relevant areas.
  • Educate the team on the client’s business, industry, and competitors; drive ad‑tech strategy and opportunity development.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, technology, and data analytics and understand the technical intricacies of these solutions.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of GMP and related technologies with self‑learning programs, recorded webinars, in‑person training, etc., to stay at the cutting edge of solutions and capabilities that our clients can take advantage of.
