What can you expect from this position?
Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Change Management, the Associate Director, Change Management is a key role accountable for supporting and enabling transformational and strategic changes for the organization’s objectives and initiatives which include organizational culture transformations, changes that impact business processes and/or roles, changes in the underlying systems, and any kind of changes that impact people and whose success will be dependent on successful adoption of new ways of working.
As a seasoned communicator with strong organizational and execution skills, you will focus on the people side of change at a high level. You will foster change in leadership as a core competency within the organization by mentoring sponsors, program and project managers, and other stakeholders and business leads in their change roles, and you will contribute to higher-level decision-making and championing change through active guidance and collaboration with senior leadership.
You will execute on change framework and processes to evaluate and deliver Enterprise Change Management needs by conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning to understand project change management needs and risks and effectively curate change plans to the specific requirements of each initiative.You will create and deliver change management strategies that enable the design, development, and delivery of actionable change management strategies and solutions for various change initiatives across the organization and allow collaboration with senior leaders, business sponsors, business partners, program managers, project managers, and external partners to ensure effective change implementation and support for enterprise-wide initiatives.
