What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as Associate Director – Cash Management & Client Cash Control. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and driving execution across the day-to-day functions of these critical teams.
Drawing on deep subject matter expertise and proven change management capabilities, the successful candidate will lead the planning and implementation of key strategic initiatives in close partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
As a trusted collaborator to Market Services Cash Product, Product and Financial Control, Credit Management, and various business and project leads, the Associate Director will champion operational efficiency and contribute meaningfully to the achievement of departmental objectives. Key areas of focus include optimizing end-of-day funding processes, ensuring effective Nostro account liquidity management, and consistently meeting internal and regulatory operational deadlines
