Reporting to the Director, the Associate Director (AD) oversees SIRR/IRRBB globally, ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives comply with regulations and internal policies. They manage the production of reports such as SIRR GAP, NII, EVE, KRDs, and Stress Testing under B12 (IRRBB), ensuring accurate identification and explanation of SIRR positions and exposures, and consistent methodology application.

The AD plays a leading role in data science to support data-driven decision-making in ALM/SIRR through data collection, analysis, visualization, model development, and reporting. They lead the integration of modern technologies, including cloud-based solutions, to enhance scalability, flexibility, and efficiency. They develop and maintain SIRR/IRRBB central reports using Power BI, Python, and AI tools, providing timely and sophisticated management reports to executives and stakeholders.

Additionally, the AD manages RDARR-related processes, JIRA workflows, and other BAU IT tasks, focusing on data enhancements, system migrations, and strategic/regulatory initiatives for SIRR/IRRBB.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and maintain a centralized reporting platform for SIRR/IRRBB using Power BI, Python, cloud solutions, and AI tools.
- Ensure best practices in SIRR/IRRBB techniques and functionalities within software applications.
- Assess performance and functionality of current applications, researching and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors on system upgrades and performance enhancements.
- Automate reporting and analysis processes.
- Train team members on modern technologies such as Python and Power BI.
- Drive initiatives adopting AI, machine learning, and cloud solutions to enhance analytics.
- Support monthly/weekly production of key reports and disclosures.
- Maintain internal controls over reporting processes.
- Participate in projects incorporating new regulatory and market changes.
- Keep documentation up-to-date.

You should have:

- An undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or Computer Science.
- 5-10 years of experience in data science, data management, analysis, and visualization.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, SQL, SAS.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL.
- Experience in data modeling and analytics.
- Knowledge of ALM tools like BancWare, QRM.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
