About The Role

The Associate Digital Media Manager plays a critical role in activating and managing Canada Reckitt digital campaigns in-platform. You will own the day-to-day management of assigned digital campaigns across key media channels for all Reckitt Core brands, ensuring correct campaign setup, performance review, regular optimizations, and sharing performance insights.

The Applied Media Science (AMS) team works closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns are activated with excellence. Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you will support best practices in-platform and assist with media activation planning and execution.

Your Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience managing search campaigns across biddable channels, focusing on Search (Google Ads, MSA) and Retail Media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Loblaws, Instacart)
  • Exposure to other biddable channels such as Programmatic (DV360) or Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Strong knowledge of optimization tools like SA360 and Pacvue
  • Familiarity with full funnel campaign planning and execution
  • Experience leveraging automation (rules, scripts) for campaign management
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns that exceed benchmarks
  • Previous experience working with digital roles alongside Account Executives/Managers or Programmatic Traders
  • Industry platform certifications across programmatic/search/social channels
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com)
  • Previous agency or publisher roles are preferred

  • Relevant platform certifications
  • Proficiency with project management tools
