The team at Seawall Dental in West Vancouver, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a full-time basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal candidate is skilled in helping patients feel at ease, can communicate effectively with patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

Compensation: Remuneration starting from 35-43% of collections, depending on experience.

Schedule:

• 16-20 hours per week
• Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with potential to increase days

What We Are Looking For:

• BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or successful NDEB equivalency
• Registered or in process of registration with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
• Eligible to practice in British Columbia; open to other Canadian provinces with appropriate licensing
• Additional certifications like CPR/BLS may be required
• 2-3 years of Canadian practice preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship
• Effective communication skills with patients’ families
