Mindemoya Dental in Mindemoya, ON on Manitoulin Island seeks a passionate Associate Dentist for a full-time role. The ideal candidate provides a full range of services with exceptional patient care and communicates clearly with patients and staff, while working independently as required.

The rural practice offers signing/relocation bonuses, a growing patient base, and state‑of‑the‑art technologies such as iTero. Schedule features 16 hours/week on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Doctor of Dental Surgery degree or NDEB equivalency.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:

• 16 hours per week

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• 3 years of experience in practicing dentistry is required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
