Little Current Dental in Little Current, Ontario, part of the 123Dentist network, is seeking an Associate Dentist for a full-time position. The role offers a 32-hour work week with M-Th scheduling and occasional Fridays, relocation bonus, and a path to growth within a nationwide dental group.

The ideal candidate holds a dental degree (BDS/DDS/DMD), NDEB equivalency or Ontario licensure, and at least 3 years of practice. Excellent patient communication and team collaboration are essential.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

SCHEDULE:

• 32 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - with the occasional Fridays

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• 3 years of experience in practicing dentistry is required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
