Job summary

Driftwood Dental in Courtenay, BC, is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a busy, full‑scope practice on a Monday–Friday schedule. This Vancouver Island clinic offers advanced care, sedation dentistry, and a supportive, team‑first culture.

You’ll build a strong patient base, work with a collaborative team, and access mentorship and growth opportunities with implants and implant training.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree or NDEB Equivalency pathway completed.
• Licensed to practice in Canada or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Experience in general and restorative dentistry with a patient‑centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
• Develop and execute treatment plans including restorative care.
• Perform fillings, extractions and root canals as required.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Collaborate with specialists to coordinate complex cases.
