Dr. Eric Pommainville Dental in Rockland, ON is seeking an Associate Dentist on a part-time basis to provide a full range of dental services with a focus on patient comfort and excellent care.

The role offers mentorship for new graduates and opportunities within the 123Dentist network. Compensation is fee-for-service starting at 40% of collections, with 21-24 hours per week (3 days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school; NDEB equivalency acceptable.
• Registered with Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario or in processing; eligible to practice in Ontario.
• Open to applicants from other provinces in Canada.
• 2 years of clinical experience is an asset; new graduates welcome with mentorship.
• French speaking ability is mandatory due to demographics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

The team at Dr. Eric Pommainville Dental in Rockland, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a part-time basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE:

• 21-24 hours per week
  • 3 Days a week- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
• 2 year of experience in practicing dentistry is an asset
• New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
• French speaking ability is mandatory due to the demographics
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
