Passion Dental Group’s Academy Dental in Victoria, BC is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. The role offers four days per week with a compensation structure based on 40% of collections, mentorship, and opportunities for clinical growth in a modern, technology-enabled clinic.

You’ll join a long-standing team focused on evidence-based dentistry, leadership support, and ongoing professional development, delivering high-quality care in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program and BC licensure or eligibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for patient care and team collaboration
