Capgemini is expanding its AI & Analytics practice and seeking analytics professionals to design and implement AI/ML solutions across multiple industries. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years industry experience in data science or quant field preferred.
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or closely related field using R and Python.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods: distributions, variance, correlation, A/B testing, regression.
  • Deep Learning experience (NLP/Computer Vision) with PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras.
  • Experience with big data ecosystems: Spark, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Kafka; familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions to solve business problems using client data.
  • Understand client needs, develop solutions, and present findings to client executives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and clearly articulate complex concepts in presentations.
  • Analyze and model structured and unstructured data to generate value.
  • Uncover new opportunities with clients' data using domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive client engagements in a broad range of industries to design and build scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions to solve business problems and create value by leveraging client data
  • Work with team to quickly understand client needs, develop solutions, and collaboratively present findings to client executives
  • Collaborate with team to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to clients by clearly articulating complex technical concepts through generation and delivery of presentations
  • Analyze and model both structured and unstructured data to generate value
  • Use industry expertise and data science experience to uncover new opportunities with clients' data
Requirements
  • 1 -2 years industry experience, with work in a quant or data scientist field preferred
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or other closely related field using R and Python
  • Strong understanding and application of statistical methods and skills: distributions, variance and correlation analysis, A/B testing, and regression
  • Deep Learning experience (NLP/Computer Vision): experience using Pytorch, Tensorfllow or Keras
  • Experience working with big data distributed programming languages, and ecosystems: Spark, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Kafka and familiarity with Cloud-based environments such as AWS (S3/EC2), Azure, Google Cloud

Job Description

Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets. Visualize, interpret, and report data findings. May create dynamic data reports.

Job Description - Grade Specific

The primary responsibilities involves assisting with data cleaning, analysis, model development, visualization, and collaborating with the team to support data driven decision making.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $60,000 to $80,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
