The Bilingual Associate, Customer Care, will provide exceptional customer service in French and English by efficiently handling calls, emails, and escalations for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis brands. The role requires meeting SLAs and supporting senior team members. The position involves rotating shifts between 8:30 am and 8 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls and emails regarding lease and loan accounts, updating the system with detailed notes.
  • Identify customer concerns and provide prompt, courteous, and effective solutions, maintaining professionalism and building rapport.
  • Achieve or surpass key performance indicators.
  • Resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Escalate complex matters and follow up on resolutions with customers and dealers.
  • Manage queues, generate letters, and perform other system tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles or call centers preferred.
  • Automotive finance experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.

Education & Certification:

  • College diploma or university degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, results-driven.
  • Flexible working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Independent worker with proactive problem-solving skills.
