Job summary

Kepler seeks an Associate Creative Director, AI Design to fuse graphic design mastery with next‑gen AI creativity across digital, social and video platforms. You will lead concept development, brand design, motion and visual systems while shaping AI‑driven workflows.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, copywriters, and animators to prototype concepts, build repeatable AI systems, and ensure brand integrity in AI outputs while mentoring designers and expanding Kepler’s

Qualifications

5+ years of professional design and art direction experience across digital, social, and video platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead design and art direction across campaigns, digital content, and video worldwide.
Prototype concepts using generative AI tools to accelerate exploration.
Develop AI-augmented workflows and design systems for scalable output.
Maintain brand integrity and quality control of AI-generated content.
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, copywriters, and animators.
