As part of a dedicated, professional team, you will be providing services to clients and members with respect to defined benefit pension plan administration. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with annual planning and organization related to pension plan administration.
  2. Participating in the production and verification of related work.
  3. Training and coaching team members.
  4. Communicating and tracking the budget.
  5. Building client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their requests, as well as those of members and trustees.
  6. Supporting the team in carrying out various special projects.
  7. Suggesting process improvements.

Core qualifications include:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or related fields.
  • Exceptional team spirit.
  • Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Well-organized and resourceful.
  • Good communication and collaborative skills.
  • Highly developed customer service skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
