Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the annual planning and organization of pension plan administration work
  • Participating in the production and verification of related work
  • Training and coaching team members
  • Communicating and tracking the budget
  • Building client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to requests from members and trustees
  • Supporting the team in executing various special projects
  • Proposing process improvements

Core Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or related fields
  • Strong team spirit
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Well-organized and resourceful
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
