Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is hiring an Associate Business Advisor in Ontario. You will promote insurance products, manage client relationships, and help grow our local presence while delivering exceptional service to drive retention.

The role requires 2–3 years of commercial insurance experience, with a RIBO license or progression toward CAIB/CIP and financial support for development. A competitive commission is offered.

Expected Compensation:

The expected hiring range for this role is $40,000 to $45,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.
