The Role:
The Thornton Tomasetti Acoustics, Noise and Vibration team delivers projects controlling noise and vibration that can be critical to the success of a building.
The goal of an acoustics engineer is maximizing occupant safety and comfort in all types of structures – new and old – and tuning listening spaces for optimal acoustics.
You’ll be part of a local team of industry-leading specialists delivering projects globally. The role will require managing multiple projects, with direct interaction with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. You’ll also be responsible for revenue generation with project pursuits including developing proposals and client presentations, while managing and developing a team of engineers.

Compensation:
The base rate for this position generally is $105,000 - $135,000 CAD annually, plus bonus and benefits. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location, and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
