Associate Account Executive - Forestry Practice

Note: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we cannot sponsor or transfer employment visas or work permits.

The salary range for this position is CAD $71,320 to $96,000. Actual salary will depend on education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

What You'll Do

  1. Assist the Account Executive in servicing existing client portfolios within the risk management group.
  2. Identify specific client risk exposures across a variety of clients.
  3. Manage the client renewal process, collaborating with team members to ensure coverage and meet client needs.
  4. Handle client requests and review documentation for policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations.
  5. Prepare client service summaries, reports, and manage receivables.
  6. Support the development of account-specific service plans and delivery approaches.
  7. Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage under supervision.
  8. Assist clients in interpreting insurance clauses within contracts.
  9. Explore opportunities to expand Aon products or services with clients.
  10. Potentially work with multiple Account Executives.
  11. Support new business initiatives, including marketing and strategy development.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of commercial insurance experience.
