Job summary

TC Energy in Thunder Bay, Ontario, seeks an Associate to support the Northwest Ontario Area team with budgeting, expenses and logistics. You will work with SAP, Workday and LMS, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports for management.

Strong MS Office skills and a background in administrative support are required; post-secondary admin certification is preferred. This on-site role offers opportunities to support multiple programs and area functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of related administrative support experience.

  • Prepare, coordinate, analyze and report on team budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist team with SAP, Teams, Sailpoint, ServiceNow, LMS/Success Factors, Power BI, Workday processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, training, and offsite events.
  • Create requisitions and process vendor invoices.
  • Create/maintain LMS Success Factors team profiles.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.

The Opportunity Our Northwest Ontario Area team is looking to add a dedicated individual in Thunder Bay to support the area team. We are seeking an Associate who has knowledge and experience in Microsoft, SAP and Workday. This individual has the proven skills, competencies and capacity to support budgetary needs, employee expenses and provide logistics for meetings and area functions.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare, coordinate, analyze and report on team monthly/annual budgets and forecasts
  • Assist team members on company programs and processes (i.e., SAP, Teams, Sailpoint, ServiceNow, LMS/Success Factors, Power BI, Workday)
  • Coordinate meetings, training, and offsite events
  • Create requisitions, process vendor invoices
  • Create/maintain/report LMS Success Factors (Learning Management System) team profiles
  • Track and plan required training for team
  • Assist with new hires, change of status completions, and maintain time entry
  • Prepare reports and presentations required by management
  • Manage and maintain confidential information
  • Maintain facility file structure
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for team
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of related administrative support experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong MS Office computer skills
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Post-secondary certification in administration
  • Experience with SAP, Workday and LMS
