Join our team of passionate foodies! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Grocery Team Leader to champion our specialty products, with a focus on artisanal cheeses. As a leader, you will inspire and manage a team of 5+ to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of specialty grocery experts to achieve sales goals, customer satisfaction, and product quality
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and quality control processes for specialty cheese products
  • Train and mentor team members on production techniques, quality standards, and customer service
