We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Grocery Team Leader to champion our specialty products, with a focus on artisanal cheeses. As a leader, you will inspire and manage a team of 5+ to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of specialty grocery experts to achieve sales goals, customer satisfaction, and product quality.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and quality control processes for specialty cheese products.
  • Train and mentor team members on production techniques, quality standards, and customer service.
  • Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business results and improve processes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting morale and employee engagement.

Requirements:
