Reporting to the Energy and Infrastructure Superintendent, you will support in the follow-up of multidisciplinary teams responsible for the maintenance of critical infrastructure, including buildings, an 800+ person camp, electrical & instrumentation for surface, underground and mobile, HVAC systems, boilers, fuel systems, power plants, water treatment and sewage treatment plants (WTP, STP), incinerators, compressors, and more. You will work in close collaboration with members of all departments at the mine site. You are responsible in supporting the establishment of a facilitative work environment, including the ongoing empowerment and development of the entire team. You will also play a significant role in best practices and quality control management of your sector of activity while ensuring the goals and objectives are achieved and promoting Agnico Eagle’s values, as well as its Health & Safety Code of Conduct and environmental commitments.
Schedule: 4 days of work, followed by 3 days for transportation and rest;
Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and may accommodate to cover other travelling expenses.
