Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Laval, QC is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support the Studio Manager, drive brand awareness, and nurture the studio community. You will greet members, present the OTF concept, and help balance the team as you guide intros and workouts with trainers.

You will sell memberships, generate leads, and represent the studio at events, while ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming environment for every guest and member.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Generate traffic and leads
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

In your role as Assistant Studio Manager, you will create brand awareness, fuel the “buzz”, and drive traffic in your studio’s community. As the Studio Manager’s right hand, you will get to know the ropes as well as know your members’ names, step in when your manager steps out, balance each other’s strengths, and set goals and surpass them.
