The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
