As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support in creating a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections. You will strive to achieve store success by directing and leading the team to meet store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to various situations, environments, challenges, and work schedules will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals.
2. Provide store leadership by managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
3. Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
4. Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customers.
5. Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications:

1. At least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
2. Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance.
3. High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an excellent customer experience.
5. Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Additional Information:

Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 (may vary based on experience)
