Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support in creating an inclusive team environment with positive connections. Your goal is to achieve store success by leading the team to meet sales and profit targets, recruiting, managing performance, and developing staff. Your adaptability to different situations, challenges, and schedules will be key to your success.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure store meets company objectives and KPI goals
  • Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, shrink / loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
  • Recruit, manage, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-oriented staff
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment
  • Maintain open communication with Store and District Managers

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets
  • High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings

Additional Information :

Salary : $45,500 - $53,550 (based on experience)

  • Full-time benefits package including paid time off, sick leave, vacation, and more
