TELUS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Orchard Park Shopping Centre in Kelowna to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will drive sales, uphold TELUS standards, coach frontline staff, and ensure the store looks and runs smoothly to meet business goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Polished communication, leadership and time management skills.
• Motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
• Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable with technology.
• 2-3 years retail sales or customer service; at least 1 year of management.
• University degree/college diploma is an asset.

• 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience and at least one year of management experience
• University degree/college diploma, especially with a focus on business/management, is an asset

Salary Range: $38,000 - $58,000

Note that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional commissions earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year.
