Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in Toronto, ON, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #2306. The role covers leasing storage & parking, supervising a team, assisting maintenance, and coordinating onsite projects while building strong tenant relations.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate financial handling, and deliver excellent customer service. A monthly bonus plan and comprehensive benefits are included, with no evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Rental of storage units
• Preparing rental agreements
• Handling financial transactions and banking activities
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all product and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance
• A background check is required
• Other duties as assigned by the Company

Assistant Store Manager (Store # 2306 - North York, ON) Job Summary

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and takes delight in finding great solutions for problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Starting at $19.50/hour + Bonus
