SmartStop Self Storage in Woodbridge, ON is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee operations, leasing storage units, supervising staff, and coordinating maintenance projects. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and strong problem solving.

You will ensure accurate financial transactions, maintain relationships with tenants, and uphold health insurance benefits including medical, dental and vision. This full-time position offers a monthly bonus plan and no evening shifts.

• Rental of storage units
• Preparing rental agreements
• Handling financial transactions and banking activities
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all product and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance
• A background check is required
• Other duties as assigned by the Company

Assistant Store Manager (Store #8628 - Woodbridge, ON) Job Summary

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and takes delight in finding great solutions for problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Starting at $19.50/hour + Bonus
