Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1517 on Dufferin Blvd, Calgary, AB. The role covers leasing storage & parking, supervising a team, overseeing maintenance, and coordinating onsite projects while maintaining tenant relationships.

The starting pay is $21.00/hour plus a monthly bonus, with health insurance and other benefits. This is a full-time on-site position with no evening shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and enjoys finding great solutions for problems.
• This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage & parking, managing a team, maintenance, onsite projects, and tenant relationships.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License and current auto insurance.
• A background check is required.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.

• Handling financial transactions and banking activities
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all product and services
