Job summary

Strategic Storage PM Canada, ULC, doing business as SmartStop Self Storage, invites applications for an Assistant Store Manager at Store #0197 in Parkway Drive, Truro Heights, NS. The right candidate will help in leasing storage units, manage a team, assist with maintenance, and oversee onsite projects while building strong tenant relationships.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a monthly bonus plan and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
• A background check is required.

Job Summary

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and takes delight in finding great solutions for problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Starting at $18.50/hour + Bonus

Assistant Store Manager Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Rental of storage units
