FIELDS operates 68 stores across western Canada and is a community-oriented retailer focused on delivering goods and services for less. We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the store manager to drive sales, develop a strong team, and uphold our PRIDE values in daily operations and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with timely freight execution and merchandizing standards.
• Develop people through onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Deliver quality customer service and uphold Fields’ customer service standards.
• Support operational controls including safety, store cleanliness, and budgeting.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and manage store profitability and productivity.
