As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support creating an inclusive team environment. You will help achieve store success by leading the team to meet sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, and training staff. Your adaptability to various situations and schedules will be key to your success.

What You Will Do

• Ensure store meets company objectives and KPIs
• Provide leadership by managing policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• Recruit, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-oriented talent
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
• Communicate effectively with Store and District Managers

Qualifications

What you bring:

• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
• Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets
• High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
