As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support in creating an inclusive team environment that fosters positive connections. Your goal is to drive store success by leading the team to meet sales and profit objectives, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to various situations, challenges, and schedules will be key to your success.

Responsibilities (What you will do):

• Ensure the store achieves company KPIs and objectives
• Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• Recruit, manage, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-oriented, and fashion-savvy team members
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customers
• Maintain open communication with Store and District Managers

Qualifications (What you will bring):

• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
• Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets
• High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
