Position Summary

Assistant Managers lead the effort to exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand. They work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team focused on delivering top-line sales results. Assistant Managers support recruitment, talent development, and performance management.

Responsibilities
Consumer Engagement
  • Lead efforts to greet and assist every customer; provide real-time coaching to associates.
  • Encourage and help associates maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to make decisions supporting brand standards, customer service expectations, and store goals.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and resolve concerns promptly.
Achieve Operational Excellence
  • Lead merchandising execution, collaborating on new arrival decisions based on sell-through.
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures; provide loss prevention training and coaching.
  • Create and maintain schedules to support payroll and budgets; oversee expenses and inventory.
  • Assist with business analysis and planning; communicate opportunities and feedback to the Store Manager.
People and Culture
  • Recruit and onboard top talent; evaluate current team members and provide feedback.
  • Motivate and inspire associates to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
  • Demonstrate pride, commitment, and professionalism; treat customers and team with respect.
  • Embrace diversity, build relationships, and seek feedback for self-improvement.
  • Support innovation, change, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred; high school diploma/equivalent required.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; some travel may be required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat for prolonged periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.67.
