Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support in creating a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections. You will strive to achieve store success by directing and leading the team to meet sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, training, and developing staff. Your ability to adapt to various situations, challenges, and work schedules will be crucial to your success.

A day in the life (What you will do):

  1. Ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals.
  2. Provide store leadership by balancing policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  3. Help recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
  4. Implement merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customers.
  5. Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications (What you will bring):

  1. At least 1 to 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
  2. Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance.
  3. High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.
  4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an excellent customer experience.
  5. Availability to work weekends and evenings.
