Levi Strauss & Co. West Vancouver, BC, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to develop the store team and drive strategies that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.

You will lead merchandising to meet visual standards, supervise opening and closing procedures, coach staff, handle payroll and inventory, and resolve customer issues with a service mindset. This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive retail leadership experience and proven coaching skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in developing store strategies and achieving sales targets daily.
• Lead merchandising to ensure visual standards and flawless product presentation.
• Open and close store operations, counting funds and depositing cash.
• Train and develop team, manage performance reviews and conduct coaching.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve consumer issues per policy.
