Job summary

Dollarama Assistant Store Manager role supports daily retail operations and the Store Manager in achieving sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

With at least two years in retail and supervisory roles, you will train staff, manage cash and opening/closing duties, and ensure safety and merchandising standards, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
