Kibbi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales goals. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will act as Manager on Duty and lead a team to deliver results.

The role emphasizes staff development, merchandising, and maintaining safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment. Full-time opportunities with competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
• Training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Responsible for hiring and performance management.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.


• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.


• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.


• Training, coaching, and developing employees.


• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
