Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will stand in for the Store Manager as required and help manage staff, merchandising, and store safety.

The role requires at least two years in retail and supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts, with opportunities for career advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)
